Q: How do I find the model and serial number of my Kamado grill?
A: The model number and serial number for your Kamado Joe grill can be found in the owner's manual that is supplied with your grill.
Q: How do I register my grill for warranty purposes?
A: To take advantage of Kamado Joe's limited product warranty, you will need to register your product(s) directly with KamadoJoe, even if you have made your original purchase through us. Please click here to be taken to the official KamadoJoe website warranty page.
Q: How long will I have to wait for delivery?
A: We try and hold physical stock of all of our product ranges in our Kent warehouse. This means we are generally able to dispatch on the same working day or following working day. On average, our customers wait between 1 and 2 working days for delivery of any products ordered. Orders made during weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
Q: How much will I pay for delivery?
A: The prices displayed on our online web shop are inclusive of delivery to most UK locations. Some Island and Highland locations may incur an extra charge but if this is the case, we will always contact you before making any arrangements.
