The Plåtfjäla Pizza Peel is a simple and robust pizza shovel made from aluminum and oiled oak.

Plåtfjäla is the Swedish translation, made of sturdy materials with a handle that is designed so that you can comfortably handle it with two hands. A great accessory for your Faster Greta oven or other kinds of ovens.

"Fjäla" is a dialectal word from Västerbotten for the large round shovel on which the "mukkakun", flatbread or pizzas are put on when inserted into the oven.
